What is the Snuggi™ Hybrid Mattress?
The Snuggi™ is a Hybrid Mattress. It’s a combination of a traditional spring mattress and the newer technologies of modern foam mattresses. Hybrid mattresses like Snuggi are typically for people who want the comfort layers of a foam mattress but also the traditional orthopaedic support of springs.
Where Snuggi is different from other spring-only mattresses or foam-only mattresses is that we’ve combined the very best technologies in both spring and foam. The spring support of the Snuggi mattress features an ultra-modern, 5-zone independent pocket spring system to fit the contour of your body and relieve pressure points such as your hips and shoulders. The foam top that sits above the Snuggi spring system is a layered blend of foam types – including natural latex, gel-infused memory foam and flexible, high-density foam – perfectly calibrated for premium comfort and softness. We’ve also included a high-density, edge-to-edge foam encasement for extended bed real-estate and durability. The Snuggi features an ultra-luxurious knitted fabric cover that’s great for sensitive skin and wicks away moisture to keep you comfortable all night.

What is the firmness of the Snuggi Mattress?
We designed the Snuggi Hybrid Mattress to universally fit all body types, weights and sleeping positions. The Snuggi mattress has a medium firmness level as we believe that what is most important in mattress firmness is not how soft or how firm a mattress is – but that a mattress is firm in the right places for support and soft in the right places for comfort.

What’s the difference between a Hybrid Mattress and a Foam-only or Spring-only Mattress?
If you’ve ever slept on a foam-only mattress, chances are your didn’t like it. Foam mattresses are not for everyone – and they’re certainly not for us! However we’ve found that some aspects of foam mattresses are really good for comfort – so we incorporated what we like about foam mattresses into the Snuggi Hybrid mattress.
We believe that the traditional support offered by springs cannot be matched by foam. No foam technology can replace the physics of the spring itself. The tension of a spring actually pushes up from the ground to support you. Foam, by it’s very nature, cannot do this. The Snuggi mattress features incredible advances in spring technology to offer the very latest in a zoned, independent spring system that offers the best support and zero motion transfer.
Combining the best of foam mattress comfort with the best and latest improvements in spring technologies makes the Snuggi the ultimate for both comfort and support.
What is the cover made from?
What types of foam are in the Snuggi?
The foam we use in Snuggi is in both the top comfort layer of the mattress and in an encasement around the edges of the mattress. The top comfort layer is a blend of foams. The foam combination was selected for a premium level of comfort and for the benefits in each foam type.
A layer of natural latex provides a soft cushion to support your sleeping pressure points like shoulders and hips. Latex is a naturally an anti-mite, anti- bacterial & anti-allergy material.
Temperature regulated, gel-infused memory foam provides an additional layer of comfort to gently cradle your body and ensure you sleep at a cool, regulated temperature – waking refreshed and free from stiffness and soreness.
Flexible High Density Foam provides another layer of comfort and resilience, relieving pressure points whilst retaining a medium-firm feel. The high tensile foam is breathable – allowing air to flow – and an increased level of durability to the pillow top.
All the foam we used in the mattress is certified as CertiPUR-US to contain no harmful chemicals and conforms to the Confidence in Textiles standard.
